• Work hours are logged in Haahtela Contactor. Please ask your contact person or your supervisor for an ID and login instructions. For a simple way to log your work hours, you can download the ONNI työaika app to your phone. ONNI hoiva home care service uses other logging systems. Please ask your supervisor for instructions and access permissions.
• ONNI terveys employees must log work hours no later than the 1st day of each month. Monthly salaries are then paid based on approved work hours.
• ONNI hoiva employees must log all work hours twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th or the following weekday by 9 a.m. Bi-weekly salaries (for employees on hourly rate) are then paid based on approved work hours.

Salaries are paid monthly on the date stated in the work agreement made with your employer. The salary period is either one month or two weeks. If your salary is due on a Sunday, a common Saturday, a national holiday, Independence Day or May Day, Christmas Eve or Midsummer’s Eve, salary will be paid on the first weekday preceding the holiday.

Salary is paid to the bank account provided by the employee. If your bank details change, please notify your supervisor immediately so that payroll receives the new information on time. You should also submit your tax card and any changes to it without delay to your supervisor who then sends it to payroll. A payslip will be sent to your e-mail in conjunction with each payment.

Your supervisor sends all salary related materials, including any exceptions, and approves the salaries. So if you have any questions related to salary, please contact your supervisor first. They can then sort things out with payroll.
